When should I expect my bill?

You will receive a bill only after your visit. This approach minimizes the number of bills you get. Here’s how it works:

  1. Complete your visit.
  2. We bill your insurance directly.
  3. Your insurer reviews your coverage.
  4. They determine how much of your visit is covered.
  5. They inform us of your portion of the bill.

Communicating with insurance companies can take some time. The time frame for receiving your bill depends on their response, typically about 30 days. As soon as your bill is ready, we’ll notify you via email, paper mail, or text message.
