What if I'm seeing a One Behavioral psychiatrist and therapist but want to stop my medications?

Discontinuing Medication:

We want you to be at ease with your treatment plan. Your psychiatrist is available to make any necessary adjustments as you progress. For your safety and well-being, never stop a medication without first consulting your psychiatrist. They will guide you on how to do so safely.

Can I continue seeing my One Behavioral therapist?

Our therapists can only work with patients who are also under the care of one of our psychiatrists. If you no longer require or want medication, we may need to transition your care outside of One Behavioral. Speak with your psychiatrist, and they can assist in finding resources or providing a referral.
