I already received an EOB (explanation of benefits) from my insurance. Why haven’t I received a bill from One Behavioral yet?

If you’ve received an EOB from your insurer but haven’t gotten a bill from us, don’t worry. A few things might be happening:

  • There might be a slight delay between your insurer processing your claim and informing us, which can take up to 2 weeks.
  • Sometimes, insurers make errors. If we detect a mistake, we may be correcting it before sending you a bill.
